You can only enter the weight class you qualified in. You do have the option to go up one weight class if your qualifying total meets or exceeds the qualifying total for the heavier weight class.This rule is found in section 5.1.10 on page 34 of the USPA Rulebook

Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior: 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster: 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master: 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: awards will be given in each event (PL, BPO, DLO) for both male and female competitors in Junior, Open, and Master classes in each division (Raw, Classic Raw, and Single Ply) where five or more competitors in each category finish the meet with totals.
2025 IPL World Championships
Male lifters with a 475+ DOTS and female lifters with a 450+ DOTS will be automatically registered as All Stars competitors. #1 overall Female & Male Open Raw Full Power winners by DOTS will receive first place cash prizes, one-year complimentary USPA memberships, custom All Stars awards, bragging rights, a feature on the USPA.net All Stars page and more!
