Weigh in Schedule:
Friday: 8:00 am to 10:00 am or 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.
All weigh ins will be at the Auburn Performing Arts Center.

Warmup: 7:00 am
Lifting Begins: 8:00 am
**This meet is open to all experience levels but we will have special assistance for NEW LIFTERS! We will have experienced mentors available for the meet to assist with warm-ups, attempt selection and to answer questions throughout the meet. The meet will be the first opportunity to qualify for Nationals 2025 and allow for a long prep or as a last chance Drug Tested Worlds 2024 qualifier.

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

2024 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. November 10, 2024; Charleston, SC
2024 IPL World Championship with a Class 1 total. November 1-3, 2024; Athens, Greece
2025 National Championship with a Class 1 total.
