Coach Level 2

Advance your coaching career with our Level 2 Certification, which builds on the solid foundation of Level 1 by adding a comprehensive in-person workshop led by Team USA and USPA Coach, Kyle Young. This level is designed for those who are serious about deepening their coaching skills and wish to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting. Coach Level 1 is a completely online course designed to provide foundational knowledge necessary for powerlifting coaching. It covers critical aspects such as programming, nutrition, exercise classification, and strategies for meet day.

Coach Level 2 builds upon the base established in Level 1 and includes an in-person training session with USPA Coach Kyle Young. Level 2 focuses on advanced techniques like movement correction and specialty exercise selection, offering hands-on experience with live feedback. Level 2 is ideal for those who seek to deepen their coaching skills and apply their knowledge in practical settings.

There are no specific prerequisites for enrolling in the Level 1 Course, which is designed as an introductory program for those new to powerlifting coaching.

For Level 2, upon registration, you will gain access to both Level 1 and Level 2 course materials. You can attend the Level 2 in-person session without having completed the Level 1 online course; however, you must complete both Level 1 and Level 2 courses at your own pace to officially receive your Level 2 certification and status. This flexibility allows you to experience hands-on training while completing the foundational online coursework.
