As a USPA Meet Director, you will be the face of the USPA and a trailblazer in progressing the sport of powerlifting. From registration to competition day, it all starts with you to provide the ultimate experience for USPA lifters. Affiliate gyms must be a commercially located facility with qualified staff and sufficient equipment to accommodate training of the squat, benchpress, and deadlift. Each facility must also have a USPA Certified Coach on staff.
The USPA may, at their discretion, and based on the experience of the gym/trainers, grant a temporary 12-month extension of the Certified Coach requirement. This will be determined after the USPA office reviews each affiliate application. Affiliate Applications are submitted on-line with the USPA’s electronic application.
The current rate is $550/year. There’s also a one-time fee of $60.00 for a banner. Gyms that affiliate at the current rate are guaranteed the same rate for each subsequent year of renewal. Rates for future Affiliation is subject to change.
