Refund Policy: Refunds are available if there is a lifter from the waitlist to take your spot. There is a $20 administrative fee applied to refunds. No refunds after August 12, 2023.

Drug Testing: Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted random selection based on the top Dots scores.

Weigh in Schedule:
Session 1 lifters (Men): Friday, Oct. 6th 9:00am-11:30am
Session 2 lifters (Women): Friday, Oct. 6th 2:00pm-4:30pm
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.
Event Schedule:
Session 1 Warmup: 8:00 am
Session 1 Lifting Begins: 9:00 am
Session 2 Warmup: 1:00 pm
Session 2 Lifting Begins: 2:00 pm
Additional Information:
- All lifters MUST compete Full Power. Bench Only and Deadlift Only are available only as crossovers.
- Spectator tickets and coach passes will be available at Exceed for each session.
Only coaches and lifters will be allowed in the warm-up area. - We will be using a Texas Strength Systems Rack, Kabuki Power Bar (20kg) for ALL squats/bench, and Texas Deadlift Bar (20kg) for all deadlifts.
- Drinks and snacks will be provided for lifters.
- Free live stream will be available thanks to co-Meet Director Michael Vo.
- Meet photo packages available through Good ‘N Groovy Media (Instagram: @goodngroovymedia).
Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Custom awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

2024 Drug Tested National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
2024 National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
2024 Drug Tested IPL North American Championship with a Class 2 total.
2024 North American Championship with a Class 1 total.
