USPA Powerlifting Membership Application

Welcome to the USPA Powerlifting Membership purchase page!

Please read the following carefully: If you purchased a powerlifting membership after June 8, 2022, you may already have a membership account. You will need to submit a "lost password" request for your account here: uspa.net/login. Ensure that you enter the same email used to purchase your powerlifting membership and check your spam folder. If you do not receive a password reset link, you will need to purchase a new powerlifting membership.

Payment must be made immediately, or your powerlifting membership purchase form will be discarded. Powerlifting memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew every year. You may opt out of auto-renewal at any point.

The pricing for USPA Powerlifting memberships are as follows and is subject to change:

USPA Powerlifting Adult (18+): $80 USD per year

USPA Powerlifting Youth (13-17): $45 USD per year

USPA Powerlifting Special Olympics: $20 USD per year

Powerlifting Membership Cancellation/Refund Policy: Powerlifting membership purchase is non-refundable after 72 hours from the original purchase date and time. No exceptions. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

USPA Member - Release of Liability
In consideration of becoming a member of the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA), and/or participating in any and all events sanctioned by the USPA, regardless of location, I acknowledge, understand, appreciate, and agree to the following:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist, and

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation, and

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence of participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the USPA officials immediately, and

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless any meet director/promoter, the USPA and their parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and the owners and/or lessors of the premises used for the activity (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all injury arising, disability, death or damage to any person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
