Any male or female. No qualifying total needed. Can be a 1st time lifter
State and National records can be set in all age groups
This is an Open Class event only for competition reasons. There is no junior, submaster or master divisions.

Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted selection based on the top Dots scores
