This is a two-day event. Men will lift on Saturday and Women will lift on Sunday. Rules meeting will begin at 8am and lifting will start at 9am on each day.
Refund Policy: No Refunds. Lifters may purchase transfer insurance for $7 that will allow them to transfer to another meet hosted by USPA Virginia within 1 year.
DRUG TESTING: Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted selection based on the top Dots scores
