Refund Policy: By registering for the Masters of Strength, you agree to our strict no-refund policy. This policy applies to all registration fees, including but not limited to entrance fees, additional division crossovers, and any other event-related payments.
We prepare for each participant’s experience with the utmost care, incurring substantial upfront costs to ensure the event is a memorable success. These costs include venue arrangements, equipment procurement, and staffing, allocated based on the number of registered participants. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds once a registration has been processed.
Merchandise Pickup: We understand that circumstances may change, impacting your ability to attend. If you’ve purchased event merchandise, such as shirts, and find yourself unable to participate, rest assured. Your purchased items will be available for pickup at the event venue. Should you not be able to attend, please contact us in advance to arrange for someone else to collect your items on your behalf.
Considerations Before Registering: We encourage thoughtful consideration before completing your registration. If there’s a possibility your plans might change, we recommend delaying your registration until you’re certain of your attendance. Additionally, you may explore third-party insurance options that cover event registration costs in cases of personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Evening weigh-ins are by appointment only.
Limited Evening Appointments: Please note that there is a limited number of slots available for evening weigh-ins. Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book your slot as early as possible to secure your preferred time.
No Day-Of Weigh-Ins: To clarify, there will be no weigh-ins on the day of the meet. All participants must complete their weigh-in during the designated times on Friday, May 31.
We advise all participants to make the necessary arrangements to adhere to these schedules. The weigh-in process is crucial for the fair and accurate categorization of competitors, ensuring that the event runs smoothly for everyone involved. Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.
