Limited to 60 lifters

Refund Policy: No transfers, No refunds unless there is a paid lifter to take your spot. If you receive a refund, there will be a $20 processing fee subtracted from your entry fee. If you have paid for crossover events and t-shirt, those items will be refunded without fees being charged. If you cancel 21 days from the start of the event, you will not be refunded for your meet t-shirt. If you no-show at scheduled weigh-in sessions, you will not be refunded any of your paid fees.

Saturday, February 25th 9am-10:30am or 4pm-5:30pm

No appointment is needed. Earlybird check-in will start at 8:15am

No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances. 

Event Schedule:
Flights Posted: Sunday, 7:30am
Lifter Meeting: Sunday, 7:55am
Flight A Warmup: Sunday, 8:15am
Lifting Begins: Sunday, 9am
20-minute break after Squat event
5-minute break after Deadlift event

Awards:
Open:  1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: $100 to each Best Lifter Winner. Awards are given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

Each lifter will receive a lifters gift drawstring bag

Qualifiers:

Qualifier for 2023 National Championship with a Class 1 total. July 20-23, Orange Beach, Alabama

Qualifier for 2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. October/November, Las Vegas, NV

Qualifier for 2023 IPL World Championship with a Master total. Oct/Nov TBD
