Saturday, March 11, 2023 – All Women and Men through 75kg
Sunday, March 12, 2023 – Men 82.5kg through 140kg+
Refund Policy: You must pay for your entry upon registration. Registration without payment will not guarantee a spot in the meet. Lack of payment at registration will result in replacment with a paid lifter.
You may switch categories and weight classes, or add Divisions or events all the way up to the weigh-in date.
There will be no refunds for this event.

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.
Qualifiers:
2023 National Championship with a Class 1 total. July 20-23, Orange Beach, Alabama
2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. October/November, Las Vegas, NV
