Weigh in Schedule:
Friday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances. 

Event Schedule:
Warmup: 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: 9:00 am

Awards:
Open:  1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

• Bring ALL your equipment to weigh ins that you will be wearing on the platform along with Shirt, socks, underwear so it cant be gear checked https://uspa.net/uspa-approved-equipment-list/
• Be advised you can only go up or down 1 weight class
• Have all your openers ready in Kilos in increments of 2.5kg
• If you are attempting a record it’s your responsibility to know the amount and state it at the time your attempts are given https://records.uspa.net/

• The spectator fee will be $10 cash/venmo/paypal at the door
• Food truck will be present at the event along with various beverage options
• Texas bars will be used for Squat, Bench and Deadlift on a Texas Strength Combo Rack
• Flights will be arranged by openers lightest flight A to heaviest flight D, openers are given at weigh-ins so we will not be posting final flights until the morning of.
