Weigh in Schedule:
Saturday, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm or 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Evening weigh-ins are by appointment only!
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.

Event Schedule:
Warmup: 12:30 pm
Lifting Begins: 1:30 pm

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

2024 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. November 10, 2024; Charleston, SC
2024 IPL World Championship with a Class 1 total. November 1-3, 2024; Athens, Greece
2025 National Championship with a Class 1 total.
