Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if the meet fills up and there is a wait list to replace your slot. Should you receive a refund we will charge a $20 admin cancellation fee. Refunds are not given at all 30 days or less prior to the meet. Entry fees are not transferrable to another meet or person.
No entries will be accepted after November 18, 2022.

Saturday Morning by exception only 7:00am to 8:00am, please contact meet director
You may switch categories, weight classes, or add Divisions or events all the way up to the weigh-in date.
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday, 8 AM
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9 AM
AWARDS
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.
Qualifier for 2023 National Championship with a Class 1 total. July 18-23, Orange Beach, Alabama
Qualifier for 2023 IPL North American Championships with a Class 1 total. Oct/Nov, Las Vegas, NV
Qualifier for 2023 IPL World Championship with a Master total. Date and location TBA
