Drug Testing: Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted random selection based on the top Dots scores.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday, 9:00 am to 12pm. Evening weigh-in times are available by appointment only from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. You MUST contact the meet director for an appointment.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.

Event Schedule:
Warmup: 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: 9:00 am

Awards:
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

This meet will be our first tier level meet.

Tier Level 1 – 10 Women, 20 Men – Best Dots Score Winner for Male and Female Full Power Raw will win a Power Bar

Tier Level 2 – 20 Women, 40 Men – Best Dots Score Winner for Male and Female Full Power Raw will win a Kilo Plate Set (Power Bar not included)

Tier Level 3 – 30 Women or above, 60 Men or above – Best Dots Score Winner for Male and Female Full Power Raw ill win a Combo Rack (Kilo Plate Set and Power Bar not included) and meet will be moved to a two day meet (October 12 and October 13, 2024)
