Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if the meet fills up and there is a waiting list and we can replace your slot. You would then be refunded the entry fee minus a $10 admin cancellation fee. Entry fees are not transferable to another meet or person and no refunds will be given closer than 2 weeks out from the meet date. Must contact the meet director.

Friday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Saturday morning weigh ins are limited and by appointment only.

Warmup: 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: 9:00 am
Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.
Qualifiers:
2023 National Championship with a Class 2 total. July 13-16, Westwego, LA
2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. Oct 29, Niagara Falls, NY
2024 National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
