Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if the meet fills up and there is a waiting list and we can replace your slot.  You would then be refunded the entry fee minus a $10 admin cancellation fee.  Entry fees may be transferred to another meet in Louisiana, Mississippi, or the Florida panhandle.  You must notify the Meet Director of the transfer request to ensure the transfer can be made.  No refunds will be given closer than 2 weeks out from the meet date.

Awards:
Open:  1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

Qualifiers:

2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. Oct 29, Niagara Falls, NY

2024 National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
