Weigh in Schedule:
Friday: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Evening weigh-ins are by appointment only, please email the meet director to make an appointment.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.

Event Schedule:
Warmup: 11:00 am
Lifting Begins: 12:00 pm

We’d like to invite all of the lifters (and their people) to hang out after the event to socialize and enjoy “Ladies Night”! Stay tuned for more details!

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

Qualifier For:
2024 North American Championship with a Class 1 total
2024 IPL World Championship with a Class 1 total.
2025 National Championship with a Class 1 total
