Limited to 30 lifters
Refund Policy: No transfers, No refunds unless there is a paid lifter to take your spot. If you receive a refund, there will be a $20 processing fee subtracted from your entry fee. If you have paid for crossover events and t-shirt, those items will be refunded without fees being charged. If you cancel 21 days from the start of the event, you will not be refunded for your meet t-shirt. If you no-show at scheduled weigh-in sessions, you will not be refunded any of your paid fees.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday, 10:00am to 11:30am or 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.

Flights Posted: Saturday, 8:30am
Lifter Meeting: Saturday, 8:55am
Flight A Warmup: Saturday, 9:15am
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 10am
20-minute break after Squat event
5-minute break after Deadlift event
Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class. Fit Fest will be offering $1000 total cash prize to best lifter award. The prize will be divided amongst all Best Lifter Winners.
Qualifiers:
2023 National Championship with a Class 1 total. July 20-23, Orange Beach, Alabama
2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. October/November, Las Vegas, NV
