Saturday: All Women and Men through 75kg
Sunday: Men 82.5kg through 140kg+
Refund Policy: No Refunds unless meet is sold out and there is someone to take your spot. You will then be charged $25 fee off your registration fee. Crossovers are fully refunded. No transfers. When registration is close there are no refunds or transfers.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday for all women and men through 75kg: 9:00 am to 10:30 am or 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Saturday for all men 82.5kg through 140kg+: 9:00 am to 10:30 am or 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.
Event Schedule:
Warmup: 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: 9:00 am
Will be using Texas Bars and Racks on the platform.
A power bar will be used on Saturday and a squat bar will be used on Sunday.
Please respect the gym’s equipment, floors, walls, and bathrooms. You will be held responsible for your actions.
Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

2024 IPL World Championship with a Class 1 total. November 1-3, 2024; Athens, Greece
2025 National Championship with a Class 1 total. TBD
