Refund Policy: You must pay for your entry upon registration.  Registration without payment will not guarantee a spot in the meet.  Lack of payment at registration will result in replacment with a paid lifter.  

You may switch categories, weight classes, or add Divisions or events all the way up to the weigh-in date.

Refunds are only provided if the meet fills up and there is a wait list to replace your slot.  Should you receive a refund, we will charge a $20 admin cancellation fee.  Refunds are not given at all 30 day or less prior to the meet.  Entry fees are not transferrable to another meet or person.  You may switch categories, weight classes, or add Divisions or Events all the way up to the weigh-in date.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday, 10:00am to 12:00pm
Saturday by exception only 8:00am to 9:00am, you must contact the meet director to make arrangements.

No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances. 

Event Schedule:
Warmup: 8:00am
Lifting Begins: 9:00am

Awards:
Open:  1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

Qualifiers:

2023 National Championship with a Class 1 total. July 20-23, Orange Beach, Alabama

2023 North American Championship with a Class 1 total. October/November, Las Vegas, NV
