Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
This policy allows us to allocate resources effectively to secure venues, equipment, and event logistics. By committing to a meet, you help ensure the event’s success for all participants.
Transfer requests may be made up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the meet date. To request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, original meet details, and preferred future meet.
Approved transfers will allow you to use your registration fee toward a future Nightmare Muscle meet within the next 12 months. Transfers are non-transferable between individuals and are subject to meet availability.
Within 4 Weeks of the Meet Date. No transfers will be granted within 4 weeks of the meet. At this stage, all resources have been allocated and committed to ensure the meet’s successful execution.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and while refunds are not possible, we offer flexibility with our transfer policy as a courtesy to our athletes. Your support enables us to maintain the high standards that Nightmare Muscle meets are known for.

Weigh in Schedule:
Friday – 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Evening weigh-in is by appointment only. Only 5 spots available. Weigh-ins will be held at the meet venue.
No same days weigh-ins under any circumstances
Event Schedule:
Warmup: 8:00 am
Lifting Begins: 9:00 am
Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.
To uphold competition standards and give every athlete the best experience, we will be using the following equipment:
Squats: Texas Strength Combo Rack, Texas Power Bar, and Texas Squat Bar
Bench Press: Texas Strength Combo Rack and Texas Power Bar
Deadlifts: Texas Deadlift Bar

Photography & Videography Policy To provide all athletes with a consistent, high-quality documentation experience, outside professional photography and videography are not permitted.
We have partnered exclusively with BreakingPRS, our official event documentarian, to capture all the action. BreakingPRS ensures every athlete is photographed and filmed, not just a select few. This allows us to focus on delivering the best possible experience for every lifter.

Media Passes For media professionals looking to document the event, we will offer three (3) media passes for purchase. These passes are designed to ensure a smooth, non-crowded experience for athletes, spectators, and media personnel.
Passes are strictly limited, so we encourage early inquiries. To purchase a media pass, please email [email protected] in advance of the meet.
Prohibited Cameras To maintain fairness and consistency, professional-grade cameras are not allowed unless you hold a media pass.
This includes:
DSLR cameras
Mirrorless cameras
Camera rigs or setups designed for professional-quality services
Athletes and spectators are welcome to use smartphones or small, handheld devices to capture personal memories of the event.
