Weigh in Schedule:
Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Evening weigh-in times are available by appointment only from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. You MUST contact the meet director for an appointment.
No same-day weigh-ins under any circumstances.

Awards:
Open: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter: Awards given to each qualified lifter with 5 or more competitors in their class.

Updates on the meet, such as sponsors and what they donate, food, etc. will be posted on Fry’s Family Fitness Facebook and Instagram page, USPAWisconsin Facebook and Instagram page, and USPAMinnesota as they become available. Please keep up to date by monitoring social media pages.
This meet will be a tier level meet for non tested.
Tier Level 1 – 10 Women, 20 Men – Best Dots Score Winner for Male and Female Full Power Raw will win a Power Bar
Tier Level 2 – 20 Women, 40 Men – Best Dots Score Winner for Male and Female Full Power Raw will win a kilo plate set or combo rack (directors choice)

Entry levels must reach 60 entries by Feb 22, 2025 in order to have Tier level II. Tier Level is explained in the awards section and numbers must be met in order to give items described. Possible opportunity to give back up to 2 kilo plate sets or 2 combo racks.
