In consideration of the USPA granting me a sanction to conduct this Powerlifting meet, I hereby agree as follows:
(1) I, and the organization which I represent, shall abide by and implement the requirements and regulations set forthin the bylaws and rules of the USPA.
(2) I, and the organization which I represent, shall abide by and implement the USPA Technical Rules in the conduct of the Powerlifting meet.
(3) I shall verify that all athletes and officials participating in this Powerlifting meet are registered with the USPA and hold a current USPA Membership.
I shall use the USPA's proprietary software, Iron Comp, and submit a copy of the meet results and score cards to the USPA National office within 5 business days after the meet.
(4) I shall indemnify and hold harmless the USPA, its committee members, officers, official agents and employees from and against any and all claims and liabilities, of whatever nature, including attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defending in any legal or equitable action arising out of the conduct of this Powerlifting meet.
